These are a specialist product designed to replace a traditional timber sliding sash window. Both sections slide open and there is even a tilt option.
The bottom section can be raised up level with the top section. The top section can slide down, level with the bottom section.
As an optional extra both sections can be made to tilt inwards for partial ventilation.
The traditional design of these luxury windows is ideal for older or period properties.
All our Vertical Sliding Sash windows have intruder protection at the heart of the design. We ensure they all have the Police recommended “Secured by Design” certification as standard.

All our Vertical Sliding Sash windows come with a special “Low Emissivity Glass” and have Argon filled sealed units to provide excellent insulation and help lower heating costs.
High quality UPVC products require little or no maintenance. It helps to keep them clean but this does not require any special cleaners and simple soapy water will keep them looking new for years.
